I love content. So much that I thought I would bring you some great podcasts that you could download and watch wherever you are. I am presently enjoying these on the sweaty tube in London on my way to work every day! They help get me through when I have an arm pitt in my face... I hope you enjoy themas much as I do! Most of them are available to download via iTunes.

OAKLEY UNIQUELY:

I am so proud of Oakley for making this film. When I first saw the trailler I was so excited as not only is it a great idea to combine Snowboard, Ski, Skate, wake and Surf (things we all love at Gnar!) but it was to feature so of the best girls in the World. Snowborading is from Gretchen Bleiler, Mary-France Roy, Anne Flore Marxer; skating from Lauren Perkins and Lyn-z Adams Hawkins; surfing from Karina Petroni, Leilani Gryde, Layne Beachley and Claudia Goncalves; skiing from Kristi Leskinen, Grete Eliassen and Angeli VanLaanen; and wake (filmed in the AMAZON!!) from Amber Wing. IT IS SO INSPIRATIONAL... check it out!

ROXY PODCASTS:

Roxy went out their fashionable and most of the time far too pink and flowery way, to bring us some great episodes of their very talented snowboard team charging the park, ripping the slopes, and traveling to the best places around the world. Riders consist of Torah Bright, Alexis Waite, Erin Comstock, Kjersti Buaas, Sarah Burke. You can also subscribe to this through iTunes so that it is delivered straight to you as you sleep! Sick!!

SNOW FIX:

Based out in Morzine, France, these guys bring you all the best news, comeptition results and footage from what is going on in snowboarding and skiing. A fortnightl, seasonal podcast, there are up to episode 70 or somethings so if you like what you see (and I'm pretty sure you will!), you can download all the past episodes from their website or via iTunes. The episodes feature some great riding from the TTR competitions, the Nissan Freeride World Tour and other great comps and events. Comic British rider Jono Veriety also features in some epidsodes making us all jealous with how 'rock-star' his life has become! Make sure you check these out!

SHRALP:

Shralp make snow and surf podcasts that have a good ole Euro vibe to them. They follow all the big professional snowboarders to the big events such as the TTR world tour, Pleasure Jam and some of the Red Bull events. I find the presenter guy's voice pretty amusing!

VANS:

Vans are my favourite brand because they are 100% Rock n' fucking roll. I love everyone on their snow and skate team and I often opt to buy their trainers over other brands. One might say I an an advocate! Moving on.. their podcast is rad! It brings you the best in action sports from skateboarding, surfing and snowboarding. It also covers their ace snowboard comeptitions 'The Vans Tripple Crown'. YOu can get these direct from iTunes -WOO HOO! The music is sick and there is even one with a time-lapse of a tattoo artist at work. SICK!!

VOLCOM:

Volcom do a pretty cool podcast that you can download from their website. It brings you event updates, footage from their sick skate, snow and surf teams,i nterviews, trailers to current and past Volcom movies, exclusive Volcom Entertainment music and movies. You can subscribe to Volcom's Podcasts and new videos and music are automatically updated to your ipod when you plug it into your computer. That is pretty rad, especially as most of the music is HEAVY ROCK!!! woo hoo!

DC SHOES:

DC bring us skate podcasts. They are pretty cool and even cooler, they have this rad widget that gives us updates as to when new onbes are released. Click below!
